The original bouquet was not able to be fulfilled as I wanted it delivered day-of-order. McCool Flowers called me and explained the situation and offered to do a "Designer's Choice" and offered a discount on a future order. i really appreciated the personal attention and ability to fulfill my order day-of.

This was a “just because” moment. My beautiful niece (and dear friend) and her younger daughter remained at home for some mommy-daughter time while dad and sister were on a trip. I’m in Georgia, so I searched on line for a florist and thought the arrangements at McCool Flowers were the prettiest, and they offer same day delivery on many of their flowers. I made a call to ask some questions and spoke to Wendy who was absolutely lovely. I ordered the “Beach Vibes” arrangement, and true to her word, it was even prettier than the gallery photo! Things would have gone perfectly if I hadn’t inadvertently entered the last number of my niece’s address wrong. But Wendy called me to insure the flowers were delivered. My niece and her little girl were so surprised and delighted! The flowers were gorgeous, and her little one was thrilled that there were seashells in the vase (she loves finding shells at the beach). It’s so nice to know that you can place your trust in a business to honor their promises, and they do so beautifully and graciously! Thank you, McCool Flowers for brightening our day!
