Ordered from KS to a local resident and flowers were gorgeous the only complaint is I wasn't notified what the flowers looked like and when they were ready to arrive. Maybe I missed to note that on my delivery however the recipient (alternate because it was to be a surprise was notified it was at the door)

McCool Flowers are the only Florist I have used who consistently creates beautiful designs, amazing selection of flowers and greenery and quick delivery every time. The original bouquet was not able to be fulfilled as I wanted it delivered day-of-order. McCool Flowers called me and explained the situation and offered to do a "Designer's Choice" and offered a discount on a future order. i really appreciated the personal attention and ability to fulfill my order day-of.
