The original bouquet was not able to be fulfilled as I wanted it delivered day-of-order. McCool Flowers called me and explained the situation and offered to do a "Designer's Choice" and offered a discount on a future order. i really appreciated the personal attention and ability to fulfill my order day-of.

I live in Colorado so had to find a local shop. My friend called me crying because the flowers were so beautiful and made her feel special on her birthday. Thank you so much. The communication throughout the day was fantastic too. Great job!!!

Ordered from KS to a local resident and flowers were gorgeous the only complaint is I wasn't notified what the flowers looked like and when they were ready to arrive. Maybe I missed to note that on my delivery however the recipient (alternate because it was to be a surprise was notified it was at the door) Flowers were stunning and would definitely reccommend
