Very pleased with McCool Flowers. Per our request, flowers were delivered when we were hoping they would arrive. And the bouquet was all that we had hoped it would be. Florist emailed a photo of the arrangement which was marvelous. The pricing was not inexpensive but the service was top notch. The only note would be that we couldn't reach a human over the phone. So I had to order online. Generally that tells me that the service might not be customer friendly but they delivered everything else we had hoped for.
